The tape is a biodegradable thin film material which provides both surfaces having a fixed width. The tape is air permeable and is composed of biodegradable paper, flexible material vinyl, or fiber fabric. The bonding layer is composed of adhesive or an identical material as the killing layer. The killing layer is exposed to outside of the tree and killing harmful insects by attaching the harmful insects which enter into the tree.
