PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing nanovesicles comprising an oligonucleotide inhibitor of an oncogene or a proto-oncogene or a gene product thereof.SOLUTION: The method of producing nanovesicles comprises a) introducing into a mammalian cell a DNA sequence encoding an oligonucleotide capable of inhibiting a human oncogenic or proto-oncogenic transcription factor； b) allowing the cell to express the inhibitor oligonucleotide； and c) obtaining the nanovesicles containing the inhibitor oligonucleotide from the cell.
