PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaged product in which cleanliness is secured and which is packaged.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a packaged product P which is packaged includes a heating process, a molding process, a housing process, and a sealing process. In the heating process, a region for forming a pocket 106 of a bottom film BF is heated to a glass transition temperature or higher of at least one layer out of resin layers for forming the bottom film BF without making the bottom film BF formed of one, two or more resin layers in contact with a heat source. In the molding process, the pocket 106 is formed on the bottom film BF by following an inner surface of a recessed die 122 which is controlled to have a temperature of a room temperature or higher and the glass transition temperature of the bottom film BF or lower by vacuum-molding from a side of an outer surface of the pocket 106 or by pressure-molding from a side of an inner surface of the pocket 106 with clean air.
