PURPOSE: An Artemisia fukudo leaf essential oil extract is provided to ensure anti-inflammatory activity and anti-microbial activity. CONSTITUTION: An Artemisia fukudo leaf essential oil extract is obtained by distillation extract of Artemisia fukudo leaf using water vapor. A pharmaceutical composition contains the Artemisia fukudo leaf essential oil extract, carrier, and excipient. The pharmaceutical composition is used in the form of an oral formulation(tablet, suspension, granule, emulsion, capsule, and syrup)； a parenteral formulation(sterilized injection aqueous or oily suspension)；and a topical formulation(solution, cream, ointment, gel, lotion, and patch).본 발명은 항염 활성과 항미생물성을 갖는 큰비쑥 정유 추출물 및 그 용도를 개시한다. 구체적으로 본 발명은 큰비쑥 잎을 수증기로 증류 추출하여 얻어진 큰비쑥 정유 추출물과 그 정유 추출물의 항염증제 및 항미생물제로서의 용도를 개시한다.
