The present invention relates to a spindle assembly of an automatic tool changer for a dental prosthesis processing device, wherein the spindle assembly comprises: a body (10) serving as a frame； a spindle (20) installed in the body (10) and having a clamp unit (21) at one end for gripping a tool (1) and a pulley (22) on the outer circumference； an operating motor (30) installed in the body (10) and having an a pulley (31) at the outer circumference； and a timing belt (40) connecting the pulleys (22, 31). The tool (1) is attached to or detached from the clamp unit (21) when the pulleys (22, 31) are operated by the rotation of the operating motor (30).
