A radiation detection device is provided. The radiation detection device comprises a pair of rails (71, 72) which is separated in a slice direction and is extended in parallel to a channel direction； and multiple collimator modules (8) which are aligned at the radiation irradiating sides of the pair of rails in the channel direction. At least one of the pair of rails extended in the channel direction includes plate members (74, 75) which have multiple notches (742, 752) formed along the radiation irradiating side. The collimator modules respectively include first pins (83t, 83b) which protrude from a radiation incidence side.
