The present invention relates to: a multi-color lipstick capable of allowing a user to use various colors with one lipstick by mixing and solidifying various kinds of particle compounds for different colors in the basic matrix of the lipstick and producing the lipstick； and a producing method of the lipstick. The present invention comprises: a granule producing process of forming collapsible granules in a spherical shape (10), a dumbbell shape (12), and a circular shape (13) having a hollow part (14) made of a water-soluble or solvent-soluble polymeric material with a primary base (2) of a lipstick composition and pigments of different colors； a mixing process of mixing the granules (1) with the primary base (2) of the lipstick composition； and a forming process of forming a lipstick by dispersing a plurality of kinds of collapsible granules in the melt of the lipstick materials and then injecting into a mold. The present invention has advantages of not being stained easily with a lipstick since the drawing of the different colors is smooth and adhesion with lips is high enough while different colors are expressed to be clearly different from a primary color while having a smooth lipstick primary base color.본 발명은 립스틱의 기본 매트릭스에 서로 색상을 달리하는 여러 종류의 입자화합물을 혼합하고 이를 고형화시켜 립스틱을 제조함으로써 하나의 립스틱으로 다양한 색상을 연출할 수 있게 하는 멀티컬러 립스틱과 그 립스틱의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 립스틱 조성물의 기본 베이스(2)와 다른 색상의 색소로 수용성 내지 용제 가용성 고분자물질로 구형(10), 아령형(12), 중공부(14)를 가지는 원형(13)의 형상으로 붕괴성 입상물을 형성시키는 입상물 제조공정과；상기 입상물(1)들을 립스틱 조정물의 기본베이스(2)와 혼합시키는 혼합 공정과；립스틱 재료의 용융물 중에 복수 종의 붕괴성 입상물을 분산시킨 후, 주형에 주입시켜 립스틱을 성형함으로써, 매끄러운 립스틱 기본 베이스 색상에 기본색과는 색조가 다른 색이 선명하게 현출되는 동시에, 이들 변종 색의 묘화성이 부드럽고 또한 입술과 밀착성도 충분히 높아 쉽게 묻어나지 않는 장점이 있는 것이다.
