Dressings for tissue treatment with negative pressureand methods of using the dressings for tissue treatment with negativepressure, which may comprise a dressing having at least three layers assembledin a stacked relationship. The first layer may comprise or consistessentially of a polymer film having a plurality of fluid restrictionsthat are normally unstrained or closed. The second layer may comprisea manifold, and the third layer may comprise or consist essentially of apolymer drape. A fourth layer, which may be coupled to the first layeropposite the second layer, may comprise or consist essentially of asilicone gel having a plurality of apertures. In some examples, the pluralityof apertures in the fourth layer may be registered with the fluidrestrictions of the first layer.
