PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muscle position 3D adjustment instrument in which lower jaw alignment can be performed accurately irrespective of an operators technology or the like and thereby a time required for the entire process of the full denture production can be shortened.SOLUTION: A muscle position 3D adjustment instrument 1 for use in the production of a full denture includes a pair of lower members 11 adhesively bonded in the position corresponding to the left and right molar tooth part of a lower jaw occlusion rim RL, and a pair of upper members 21 adhesively bonded in the position corresponding to the lower members 11 of an upper jaw base plate BPU. The lower members 11 include multiple recesses 14 provided in the dentition direction on the surface facing the upper members 21.
