The present invention relates to a composition for inducing direct cross-differentiation from somatic cells to cholangiocytes, a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating direct cross-differentiation-induced cholangiocytes and liver or biliary duct diseases by introducing the composition to somatic cells, a cell therapy product, and a screening method of a drug for preventing or treating liver or biliary duct diseases. When the composition of the present invention is used, it is possible to efficiently induce differentiation from somatic cells to cholangiocytes without passing through a pluripotency step of dedifferentiation stem cells through direct cross-differentiation inducer expression, thereby effectively preventing and treating liver diseases or biliary duct diseases. In addition, the cholangiocytes induced by the method of the present invention exhibit an original secretory function of cholangiocytes, and thus can be used as a resource suitable for drug screening that verifies functions of drugs, thereby being widely used in drug preparation fields.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명은 체세포로부터 담관세포(Cholangiocytes)로의 직접교차분화 유도용 조성물, 상기 조성물을 체세포에 도입하여 직접교차분화 유도된 담관세포, 간 또는 담관질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물, 세포치료제 및 간 또는 담관질환의 예방 또는 치료 약물의 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물을 이용하면 직접교차분화 유도인자 발현을 통해 역분화줄기세포의 전분화능 (Pluripotency) 단계를 거치지 않고 체세포로부터 담관세포로 효율적으로 분화를 유도할 수 있어, 이를 이용하면 간 질환 또는 담관질환에 대한 효과적인 예방 및 치료가 가능하다. 또한 본 발명의 방법으로 유도된 담관세포는 담관세포 본래의 분비기능이 나타나는 바, 약물의 기능을 검증할 수 있는 약물 스크리닝에 적합한 자원으로 사용될 수 있어 약물 제조분야에서 널리 활용될 수 있다.
