PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical instrument in which a small diameter of an endoscope body can be achieved, and an end of an endoscope can be inserted quickly and safely into an objective section.SOLUTION: The medical instrument 10 includes: a puncture needle 8 an endoscope 1 inserted in a lumen of the puncture needle 8 to move in an axial direction and a coil spring 15 which biases the endoscope 1 to a tip direction to the puncture needle 8. The endoscope 1 includes: an endoscope body 2 an imaging element 3 and a light guide 5. The light guide 5 is inserted in a light guide lumen 21 to move in an axial direction. At an end of the endoscope body 2, a side hole 22 which opens to a side thereof, and communicates to an end of the light guide lumen 21 is formed. Thereby, the light guide 5 is moved to an axial direction, thereby the endoscope 1 can take the condition that an end of light guide 5 projects from the side hole 22, and the condition that the end thereof is contained in the endoscope body 2.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】内視鏡本体の細径化を図ることができ、内視鏡の先端部を迅速かつ安全に目的部位に挿入することができる医療器具を提供すること。【解決手段】医療器具10は、穿刺針8と、穿刺針8の内腔に軸方向に移動可能に挿入された内視鏡1と、内視鏡1を穿刺針8に対して先端方向に付勢するコイルバネ15を備えている。内視鏡1は、内視鏡本体2、撮像素子3、ライトガイド5を備えており、ライトガイド5は、ライトガイド用ルーメン21に軸方向に移動可能に挿入されている。内視鏡本体2の先端部には、その側面に開口し、ライトガイド用ルーメン5の先端部に連通する側孔22が形成されている。これにより、内視鏡1は、ライトガイド5を軸方向に移動させることにより、ライトガイド5の先端部が側孔22から突出した状態と、内視鏡本体2内に収納された状態とを採り得る。【選択図】図1
