NOUVEAUX DÉRIVÉS SUBSTITUÉS EN POSITION 5 DE L'ACIDE 5-HYDRAZINE-3-MÉTHYLISOTHIAZOLE-4-CARBOXYLIQUE AYANT UNE ACTIVITÉ ANTITUMORALE, LEUR PROCÉDÉ DE PRÉPARATION ET LEURS UTILISATIONS
New 5-substituted 5-hydrazine-3-methylisothiazole-4-carboxylic acid derivatives with antitumor activity and a method for their preparation have been disclosed. The disclosed compounds inhibit the proliferation of MV 4-11 human bifenotypic leukemia cells, Lovo colorectal cancer cells, and LoVo/DX doxorubicin resistant colorectal cancer cells. Also disclosed is 5-hydrazine-3-methylisothiazole-4-carboxylic acid intended for preparation 5- substituted 5-hydrazine-3-methylisothiazole-4-carboxylic acid derivatives with anti-tumor activity.L'invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés substitués en position 5 de l'acide 5-hydrazine-3-méthylisothiazole-4-carboxylique ayant une activité antitumorale et un procédé pour leur préparation. Les composés de l'invention inhibent la prolifération de cellules leucémiques biphénotypiques humaines MV 4-11, de cellules du cancer colorectal LoVo, et de cellules du cancer colorectal résistant à la doxorubicine LoVo/DX. L'invention concerne également l'acide 5-hydrazine-3-méthylisothiazole-4-carboxylique destiné à la préparation de dérivés substitués en position 5 de l'acide 5-hydrazine-3-méthylisothiazole-4-carboxylique ayant une activité antitumorale.
