PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic endoscope system and a processor which can prevent a load increase, operation delay, and data loss of an operating system of the processor without using an expensive CPU.SOLUTION: A first operation request part outputs a first operation request related to a processor's structural elements. The second operation request part outputs a second operation request related to a structural element of other than the processor including an electronic endoscope and peripheral equipment.
