A composition for preventing or treating impotence contains the composition as an active ingredient.본 발명은 지방조직-유래된 기질혈관분획(adipose-derived stromal vascular fraction, AD-SVF)을 유효성분으로 포함하는 내피세포 재생용 조성물 및 발기부전 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 지방조직-유래된 기질혈관분획은 내피세포재생 활성을 가지고 음경 혈관 내의 혈관내피세포의 성장을 유도함으로써, 발기부전(보다 바람직하게는, 당뇨병성 발기부전)의 예방 또는 치료에 이용될 수 있다. 본 발명의 조성물은 자신의 지방조직-유래된 기질혈관분획을 이용함으로써 면역부작용을 방지할 수 있고, 세포배양을 통한 방법보다 더 효율적이고 간편하게 분리 및 적용할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 조성물은 비정상화된 혈관구조를 치료함으로써 보다 더 지속적인 효과를 나타낼 수 있다.
