The present invention relates to an atomizer using a plurality of cylinder units to separate an inlet from an outlet. The atomizer includes first and second cylinder units therein. The first cylinder unit includes a first intake port. The second cylinder unit includes a second outtake port. The first intake port and the second outtake port are respectively connected to an inlet and an outlet of the atomizer by connection pipes. Since the inlet and the outlet of the atomizer are independent from and not in communication with each other, cross infection will not occur, providing use safety.
