A device to co-deliver at least two medicaments is disclosed where a first reservoir containing a primary medicament is connected to a manifold and cannula and where one or more additional reservoirs are placed in fluid communication with the manifold in parallel or inline flow. The additional reservoir (s) can be located within the device or as part of an attachable medicated module that connects to an external port located on the device housing. Both medicaments are delivered through a cannula subcutaneously. The device is configured to be user wearable through attachment directly to the skin by an adhesive.Linvention concerne un dispositif conçu pour délivrer conjointement au moins deux médicaments, dans lequel un premier réservoir contenant un médicament primaire est raccordé à un conduit et une canule et un ou plusieurs réservoirs supplémentaires sont mis en communication fluidique avec le conduit en flux parallèle ou en ligne. Le(s) réservoir(s) supplémentaire(s) peuvent être disposés dans le dispositif ou faire partie dun module médicamenteux pouvant être fixé, relié à un port externe situé sur le boîtier du dispositif. Les deux médicaments sont délivrés par voie sous cutanée au moyen dune canule.
