PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a difference of light intensity between illumination light beams and prevent overexposure and underexposure by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A light source device includes: a pulse wave light flux generation means that generates pulsed first and second pulse wave light fluxes passing mutually different optical paths and having different phases, from at least a single light flux with fixed light intensity first and second dimming means that dim the first and second pulse wave light fluxes to individually set light intensity and are disposed on the different optical paths respectively a light flux coupling means that couples the first and second pulse wave light fluxes and generates a coupled light flux and a synchronous signal acquisition means for acquiring a synchronous signal.
