To provide a urination tool that has a superior exterior appearance, is capable of stably wearing a urine collection bag, eliminates the occurrence of leakage of urine and a smell, and enables just using it by women and also men.SOLUTION: A urination tool includes a pants-shaped clothing body constituted of fibrous materials having an opening in a portion for covering a human urinary organ, a urine collection bag attached to the opening through attaching means, and a receiving pocket provided at the clothing body for receiving the urine collection bag. The attaching means has a flexible material attaching member exhibiting a flat plate ring shape having a urine guide mouth part of the size around a portion of the urinary organ, and a plastic material pad member similarly having an opening of the size around the urinary organ being overlaid and stuck on this attaching member. The attaching means brings an inlet of the urine collection bag into communication with each urine guide mouth part. Also, the attaching means is detachably formed so as to be attached to the opening through a locking attaching member attached in the vicinity of the opening.
