The disclosed nucleic acid contains, at least: single-stranded DNA that is delivered to dendritic-cell endosomes； and double-stranded RNA that has the ability to activate TLR3. Said nucleic acid can reach TLR3 in endosomes and has potent adjuvant activity but has few side effects, and is thus useful as an active ingredient in an immunostimulant, a vaccine adjuvant, a therapeutic agent for cancer, or the like.L'invention concerne un acide nucléique qui contient, au moins : un ADN monocaténaire qui est délivré à des endosomes de cellule dendritique, et un ARN bicaténaire qui a la capacité d'activer TLR3. Ledit acide nucléique peut atteindre TLR3 dans les endosomes et présente une activité d'adjuvant puissante, mais peu d'effets secondaires, et est donc utile comme ingrédient actif dans un immunostimulateur, un adjuvant de vaccin, un agent thérapeutique contre le cancer, ou des composés similaires.樹状細胞のエンドソームに送達される一本鎖ＤＮＡと、ＴＬＲ３活性化能を有する二本鎖ＲＮＡとを、少なくとも含む核酸は、エンドソーム上のＴＬＲ３に到達でき、強いアジュバント活性を有するが副作用が少ないので、免疫賦活化剤、ワクチンアジュバント剤、癌治療薬等の有効成分として有用である。
