A SERIES OF SYSTEMS COLLECTING LIVESTOCK EXCRETA FROM DAIRY INDUSTRY AREA, GENERATING HYDROGEN EFFICIENTLY BY INSTALLATION OF SMALL-SCALE PLANT, AND RETURNING BY-PRODUCT AFTER SEPARATION TO THE AREA
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of the cale and the cost of a plant for generating hydrogen as a new type of energy for global warming prevention measures using biogas generated from livestock excreta as raw materials.SOLUTION: Biogas is generated by collecting and fermenting livestock excreta caused in the dairy industry area. A plasma reactor is worked by comparatively slight power supply by means of photovoltaic power generation, wind power generation and the like to carry out desulfurization and deodorization. The generated hydrogen is stored as storage battery energy in liquid, and a reusable byproduct obtained in the process of the series of systems is returned to the area.【課題】家畜のふん尿等から生成されるバイオガスを原料とし、地球温暖化防止対策の新エネルギーとして水素を生成させる際の、プラントの規模及びコストを課題とする。【解決手段】酩農産業地域で発生する家畜のふん尿の収集を行い発酵させてバイオガスを生成し、太陽光発電や風力発電等による比較的軽微な電力供給によりプラズマリアクターを稼働させ、脱硫及び脱臭を行い、生成した水素は液体で蓄電池のエネルギーとして貯留させ、一連のシステムの過程で得られる再利用可能な副生成物に関しては地域に還元するものである。
