PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communicating member for a medical container, preventing mix-in of waste to a chemical and erroneous puncture, improving preservation stability of the chemical or the like, being easily manufactured and communicating an insertion body with appropriate force, and the medical container using it.SOLUTION: The communicating member for the medical container, communicating the inside of a container main body and the outside in the state of being fixed to the container main body containing a liquid includes: a valve 2 with an insertion hole 2a a tubular body 3 for supporting the valve 2 and a closing film 4 for closing an inner lumen near the valve 2 inside the inner lumen of the tubular body 3.
