PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insect repelling apparatus and an insect repelling program for repelling insects, dispensing with a users operation such as cutting off a power source of the repelling apparatus when the user moves.SOLUTION: A terminal apparatus includes repelling parts (a speaker, an LED light and an aromatic cartridge) operated to repel insects. The terminal apparatus acquires information on an environment around the terminal apparatus (S110), and determines whether the repelling parts are usable according to the acquired surrounding environment (S120). At this time, the terminal apparatus determines the usability of each of a plurality of repelling parts, and makes operative the repelling part determined to be usable (S130). In such a terminal apparatus, whether the repelling part is made operative is set according to the surrounding environment. Consequently, the user does not need to perform an operation such as cutting off the power source of the terminal apparatus in consideration of the surrounding environment when the user moves.
