PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid mounting structure to a hopper of a medicine dispensing packaging machine capable of surely preventing a screw member fixing a lid from being detached.SOLUTION: The lid mounting structure is provided for a hopper of a medicine dispensing packaging machine which is equipped with the hopper 4 for receiving a medicine from a medicine feeding part and the lid 30 freely openable/closeable installed to an opening part 4A for loading the medicine received by the hopper 4 from the opening 4A at the bottom end of the hopper 4, and a mounting member 37 for supporting freely openably/closeably the lid 30 is fixed on the hopper 4 through the screw member N.
