The present invention relates to a combination of a dentalimplant and an insertion tool for inserting the dentalimplant into a bone of a patient. The dental implantcomprises an anti-rotation means having a non-circularcross-sectional contour which comprises at least oneplanar force transmission surface in the form of an anti-rotationsurface (7a, 7b, 7c, 7d) . The insertion toolcomprises an anti-rotation means having a non-circularcross-sectional contour which comprises at least oneplanar force transmission surface in the form of a torquetransmission surface (11a', 11a" ; 11b', 11b''; 11c',11c''; 11d', 11d''). One of said anti-rotation meansforms a recess (6), and the other of said anti-rotationmeans forms a bolt (10) having a rotational axis anddesigned to be received in the direction of the rotationalaxis in the recess (6) , such that the at least one anti-rotationsurface and at least one torque transmissionsurface can cooperate to transmit torque between theparts. The invention is characterized in that the anti-rotationsurface (7a, 7b, 7c, 7d) and the torquetransmission surface (11a', 11a '; 11b', 11b''; 11c',11c'' ; 11d' , 11d'') are arranged such that, while the bolt(10) is received in the recess (6), said anti-rotationsurface (7a, 7b, 7c, 7d) and said torque transmissionsurface (11a',11a''; 11b', 11b''; 11c', 11c''; 11d',11d'') can be rotated relative to one another between afirst, non-torque transmission position, in which saidanti-rotation surface (7a, 7b, 7c, 7d) and said torquetransmission surface (11a', 11a''; 11b', 11b''; 11c',11c "; 11d', 11d'') have little or no contact, and asecond, torque transmission position, in which said anti-rotation surface (7a, 7b, 7c, 7d) and said torquetransmission surface (11a', 11a '; 11b', 11b''; 11c',11c '; 11d', 11d'') are in maximum contact with eachother, wherein the angle between the anti-rotation surface(7a, 7b, 7c, 7d) and the torq
