The present invention relates to a stick with a heating function to generate heat at an appropriate temperature for a user by grasping the user′s use state and controlling heat generation, and to prevent waste of power by heat control. According to the present invention, the stick with a heating function, having a storage space therein and including a handle, a body, and a ground portion, comprises: a first sensor accommodated in the storage space and detecting a change in the state of the stick to create a sensing value； a control unit determining the state of the stick as one of an unused state, a semi-use state, and a use state by using the sensing value from the first sensor, and outputting a heating control signal corresponding to the determined state； a heating unit provided in the handle and generating heat according to a control signal from the control unit； and a battery supplying power to the heating unit under control of the control unit.본 발명은 사용자의 사용상태를 파악하여, 발열정도를 조절함으로써 사용자가 사용하기 적정한 온도로 발열되도록 함과 아울러, 발열 조절에 의해 전력이 낭비되는 것을 방지하도록 한 온열 기능을 가지는 지팡이에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 온열 기능을 가지는 지팡이는 내부에 수납공간을 가지며, 손잡이, 바디 및 접지부를 포함하는 지팡이에 있어서, 상기 수납공간 내에 수납되어 상기 지팡이 상태변화를 감지하여 센싱값을 작성하는 제1센서； 상기 제1센서로부터의 상기 센싱값을 이용하여 상기 지팡의 상태를 미사용상태, 준사용상태 및 사용상태 중 어느 하나로 판단하고, 판단 상태에 대응되는 발열제어신호를 출력하는 제어부； 상기 손잡이에 마련되며, 상기 제어부로부터의 제어신호에 따라 발열하는 발열부； 및 상기 제어부의 제어에 따라 상기 발열부에 전력을 공급하는 배터리；를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
