The present invention relates to a one-piece dental implant in which a fixture and an abutment are formed into one body to integrate a portion to be placed within a bone, a gum-fitting portion, and a prosthesis-mounting portion, and more particularly, to a one-piece dental implant in which a ceramic layer is formed on the outer circumferential surface of a gum-fitting portion and a prosthesis-mounting portion. The one-piece dental implant according to the present invention comprises the portion which is to be placed within a bone and which is threaded, the gum-fitting portion, and the prosthesis-mounting portion. The outer surface of the gum-fitting portion and the prosthesis-mounting portion is provided with a ceramic layer wrapped with ceramic. In addition, the ceramic layer is formed on the gum-fitting portion or the prosthesis-mounting portion so that the ceramic layer does not rotate. To this end, the ceramic layer may have a groove or a protrusion, and the gum-fitting portion and the prosthesis-mounting portion may have a groove and a protrusion which can be joined to the groove or the protrusion of the ceramic layer. According to the present invention, by providing an integrated implant having the ceramic layer, even if the implant between the gum and the prosthesis is exposed to the outside, the color of ceramic is exposed in place of a dark color of titanium or titanium alloy. Therefore, it is possible to obtain superior aesthetics. In addition, the integrated implant of the present invention, even if being exposed for a long time in a living body, is not chemically changed, and even if a change is made, the change is not harmful due to a self-regulating function of a living body. Therefore, the integrated implant is very environmentally friendly.
