A solid pharmaceutical composition for the production of oral dosage forms, in the form of lozenges, characterized in that it is free of glucose and comprises: - flurbiprofen, or one of its pharmaceutically acceptable salts or one of its esters, in an amount of between 2.5 and 20.0 mg, and pharmaceutically acceptable excipients, according to the following percentages: - flurbiprofen: 0.25-1.0% (w / w) - lubricating agent or agents: glycerol dibehenate, 1.0- 5.0% (w / w) - sweetening agent or agents: potassium acesulfame, 0.5-5.0% (w / w) - diluting agent or agents: mannitol, 84.0-98.0% (w / p) - binding agent or agents: copovidone, 0.25-5.0% (w / w).Una composición farmacéutica sólida para la producción de formas de dosificación bucales, en forma de pastillas para chupar, caracterizada por que está libre de glucosa y comprende: - flurbiprofeno, o una de sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables o uno de sus ésteres, en una cantidad de entre 2,5 y 20,0 mg, y excipientes farmacéuticamente aceptables, según los siguientes porcentajes: - flurbiprofeno: 0,25-1,0% (p/p) - agente o agentes lubricantes: dibehenato de glicerol, 1,0-5,0% (p/p) - agente o agentes edulcorantes: acesulfamo potásico, 0,5-5,0% (p/p) - agente o agentes diluyentes: manitol, 84,0-98,0% (p/p) - agente o agentes aglutinantes: copovidona, 0,25-5,0% (p/p).
