This invention provides a method of adapting computer-aided artificial tooth arrangement in complete denture fabrication. The method has steps of clinical examinations, making master mold, having bite registration, radiopaque marker, dental CT, image processing, setting virtual bite, setting image of combination of virtual bite and wax rim, selection of artificial tooth, tooth arrangement and molding. This invention uses computer to simulate tooth arrangement, and furtherly outputs mold for tooth arrangement with computer-aided machining or rapid prototyping technique to fabricate complete dentures.本發明係揭露一種應用電腦輔助排牙的全口活動假牙製法,其具有臨床檢查、印製主模、取得咬合記錄、標記、斷層掃描、影像處理、設定虛擬咬合器、設定虛擬咬合器與咬合蠟堤結合之影像、選用人工牙齒、設定人工牙齒的咬合、排牙與成型等步驟,本發明係透過電腦模擬排牙,並使用電腦輔助加工技術或快速成形機輸出可供排牙之陰模,以製作全口假牙。
