PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool the inside of a movable frame, to keep the inside of a room where the frame is installed clean with a small amount of power dust, and to prevent a constitution for cooling the inside of the frame from disturbing the work of medical staff or technicians in the room.SOLUTION: A medical image device includes: a frame 4 which has an X-ray tube and an X-ray detector, is installed in a room 2, and can be moved closer to or away from a bed 3 installed in the room 2 for placing a subject exhaust air ducts which are arranged in the frame 4 and are communicated with pits 9, 10 and 11 which are formed on the floor of the room 2 in an elongate shape along the moving direction of the frame 4, whose tops are covered with covers 14 and at least one end of each of which is extended outside the room and are open and exhaust fans which are arranged in the frame 4 and send air in the frame 4 into the pits 9, 10 and 11 through the exhaust air ducts.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】移動可能な架台内を冷却し、その架台が設置されている部屋内を粉塵の少ないクリーンな状態に維持し、架台内を冷却するための構成が部屋内における医師や技師の作業を妨げないようにする。【解決手段】医用画像装置は、X線管とX線検出器とを有して部屋2内に設置され、この部屋2内に設置されて被検体が載置される寝台3に対して接離する方向に移動可能な架台4と、架台4に設けられ、部屋2の床に架台4の移動方向に沿って長尺状に形成されるとともに上面がカバー14により覆われて少なくとも一端側が部屋の外に延出して開口するピット9、10、11に連通される排気ダクトと、架台4に設けられ、この架台4内の空気を排気ダクトを経由してピット9、10、11内に送り込む排気ファンと、を備える。【選択図】図1
