PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide color blindness correction glasses that improve basic colors, color tone, saturation, brightness, etc., of achromates eyes, and a method for manufacturing them.SOLUTION: After deciding a type, a stage, and a color blindness correction spectral characteristic curve using a color blind tester, a basic chip is dyed and a membrane system is designed based on the spectral characteristic curve. The basic chip is vapor deposited in a vacuum deposition equipment according to a membrane system designing process and is finally chromium-plated to make a corrected three-primary-color ratio adjustment lens. In addition, after correcting brightness with the color blind tester and deciding a spectral characteristic curve without changing a three-primary-color ratio, a basic chip that is similar to the one used for the corrected three-primary-color ratio adjustment lens is chosen, dyed with the same color, designed according to the spectral characteristic curve, placed in the vacuum deposition equipment to perform a final vapor deposition according to the membrane system designing process, and finally chromium-plated to make a color brightness improvement lens. These two types of lenses are attached to a frame to manufacture color blindness correction glasses.COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI【課題】色盲患者の眼の基本色、色調、飽和度、そして明度などを向上させる色盲補正メガネ及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】色覚検査器を使って、その種別や段階、そして色盲補正スペクトクル特性曲線を決定した後、基片の着色を行い、スペクトクル特性曲線に基づいて膜系を設計する。基片を真空蒸着機の中で膜系設計工程に基づいて蒸着し、最後にクロム鍍金して補正三原色比率調整レンズを作成する。また、色覚検査器を使い明度を補正した後、三原色比率を変えず、スペクトクル特性曲線を決定した後、補正三原色比率調整レンズと同様な基片を選び、同じ色に染め、スペクトクル特性曲線に基づいて膜系を設計し、そして基片を真空蒸着機の中に入れ、膜系設計の設計工程によって最後の蒸着を実施し、最後にクロム鍍金して色覚明度向上レンズを作成する。これら二種のレンズをフレームに装着して色盲補正メガネを製造する。【選択図】図1
