PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smoking method of a radish and a hut for smoking a radish that keep incomplete combustion in a smoking chamber for a long period to reduce labor of management of smoking, enhance smoking efficiency, and accelerate drying for a quick finish in smoking treatment of a radish.SOLUTION: A smoking chamber A is divided into a lower smoking space 2 and an upper heat retention space 3 by a ceiling board 5. Hanging pins 11 are arranged zigzag on the side of support beams 4 for supporting the ceiling board 5 having smoke flow passages 8, wherein radish hanging tools "a" are hung on the hanging pins 11. A door 9 is installed on the front wall and a louver 12 is installed at the higher side of a sloped roof of the heat retention space 3. The smoke flow passages 8 tilting toward the center of the smoking space 2 in the depth direction are arranged facing each other from front and behind. The radish hanging tool "a" is composed of a hanging ring 13, a hanging bar 14, and receiver rings 16 arranged zigzag facing each other in the prescribed direction of the hanging bar 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】大根の燻煙処理において、燻煙室の不完全燃焼を長時間保持して燻煙管理の労力を軽減化し、併せて燻煙効率を向上させるとともに、乾燥も促進させて仕上がりを早める大根の燻煙方法と大根の燻り小屋を提供する。【解決手段】燻煙室Aを天井板5で下方の燻煙空間2と上方の熱滞留空間3とに2分し、燻煙通路8を有する天井板5を支える支持梁4の相互間の側面に千鳥状に吊下ピン11を設け、該吊下ピン11に大根吊下具aを吊下し、間口前端に開閉戸9を設け、熱滞留空間3の屋根勾配高位側にルーバー12を設ける。前記燻煙空間2の奥行き中央に向けて前後から燻煙通路8を対向して設ける。さらに、大根吊下具aは、吊下リング13と垂下棒14と該垂下棒14の所定方向に千鳥状に対向して設ける受け輪16とから成る。【選択図】図1
