PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shower water discharging device capable of intermittently discharging shower water pulsatively from any of shower holes in the position of the outer peripheral side or in the position of the inner peripheral side of a water spraying plate.SOLUTION: The shower water discharging device includes: a plurality of shower holes 94 for discharging water pulsatively provided in the water spraying plate 58 a circular guide groove 93 provided in the inner face of the water spraying plate 58 a ball 114 rolling along the guide groove 93 while holding a projecting/recessed fitting state to the guide groove 93 a rotating body 96 rotatably holding the ball 114 and rotating along the guide groove 93 and a water flow injection member 98 rotating the rotating body 96 by making passing water from an upstream part impinge on the wall 106 of the rotating body 96 as an injection water flow.
