The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating containing an agrimony extract as an active ingredient. More specifically, the agrimony extract is produced by using agrimony, and the treatment thereof to human plasma-derived thrombin has shown inhibitory activities against thrombin, thereby suppressing thrombosis by inhibiting activities of thrombin.
