The present invention provides a method which uses a vehicle, a transportation means, to provide a green area to people living in a city. A gardening system of the present invention is configured to be mobilized as the same is mounted on a vehicle and comprises: a guide layer provided to be mounted on a vehicle； a drainage layer discharging water supplied to the gardening system； a soil layer for planting； and plants to be planted on the soil layer. A steel net support layer is arranged between the soil layer and plants to prevent the soil layer and the plants from being blown over by winds. A windproof member is provided on a front portion of the gardening system to prevent the gardening system from being blown over by strong winds generated during driving and blown from a front portion of the vehicle. The gardening system according to the present invention can be partitioned into a plurality of areas by a frame structure, and the soil layer can be mounted on the partitioned areas. Furthermore, module boxes having the soil layer and plants formed therein can be prepared separately outside the gardening system and then connected to each other to form the gardening system.
