PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To three-dimensionally observe the surface of a measured object by accurately eliminating a probe sheath image.
SOLUTION: A processing part 22 of an OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) processor 400 includes an optical conformation information detecting part 220, an editorial area extracting part 221, an optical conformation image constructing part 222, a display control part 223 and an I/F part 224. The optical conformation information detecting part 220 detects information on the optical conformation from an interference signal detected by an interference light detecting part. The editorial area extracting part 221 extracts an editorial area of the optical conformation structure image from optical conformation information detected by the optical conformation information detecting part 220. The optical three-dimensional conformation structure image constructing part 222 generates the optical three-dimensional conformation image based on the optical conformation information detected by the optical conformation information detecting part 220 and the editorial area extracted by the editorial area extracting part 221.
