PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sweetness composition partially replaceable for muscovado, which can be easily manufactured at relatively low cost, easily handled with stable quality, and more stably supplied in comparison with muscovado.SOLUTION: The sweetness composition is partially replaceable for muscovado. To a sweetness basis typically including a part of monosaccharides and oligosaccharides or a mixture thereof, a water-soluble Ca compound as Ca source, a water-soluble Mg compound as Mg source, and NaCl are further added.
