PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter assembly capable of smoothly inserting a catheter into a blood vessel without any incompatibility and easily disengaging a catheter hub from a housing.SOLUTION: A catheter assembly 10A includes: a housing 18 that supports an inner needle 16 and in which a catheter hub 14 is arranged in an initial state where a tip of the inner needle 16 projects from a tip of a catheter 12； a support member 27 for supporting the catheter 12； and a catheter operation member 20.
