The present invention relates to a protector to which a tool holder is coupled. In detail, the protector installed on a hand of a patient includes: an empty tubular body which is made to bend into a body shape of the patient to be fixed and has both ends opened and a tool holder part which is coupled to an outer surface of the body to which one side of the tool is fixed. The body is fixed at one end to a wrist part and the other end to be positioned at a hand part, and the tool is fixed to the tool holder part so that a user can easily use the tool. The present invention also relates to a method in which the protector (10) is manufactured using a 3D printer.본원발명은 도구홀더가 결합된 보호대에 관한 것으로 상세하게는 환자의 손 부분에 설치되는 보호대에 있어서, 고정될 환자의 신체 모양으로 굴곡지게 제작되는 것으로 양단이 오픈된 내부가 빈 관 형상의 몸체 및, 도구의 일측이 고정되는 곳으로 상기 몸체의 외면에 결합되는 도구홀더부를 더 포함하되, 상기 몸체는 일단이 손목 부분에 위치하고 타단이 손 부분에 위치하도록 고정되고, 상기 도구홀더부에 도구가 고정되어 사용자가 손쉽게 도구를 활용하게 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.또한, 본원발명은 상기 보호대(10)가 3D 프린터로 제작되는 방법에 관한 것이다.
