A trainer cup comprising a generally hollow cylindrical cup body, having tapering side wall, a threaded mouth portion disposed at the upper portion of said cup body, a pair of C-shaped handles opposedly disposed on said side wall, and a circular cup cover screwably connected to said threaded mouth portion, a spout projecting upwardly from said circular cup cover, a plurality of dispensing holes disposed on top of said spout, a breather hole provided on said cover adjacent said spout, a spout chamber and breather chamber correspondingly provided at the underside of said cup cover under said spout and breather hole respectively, and a pair of plastic seals removably fitted to said spout chamber and breather chamber.
