A rapid orotracheal intubation guide device is disclosed that facilitates orotracheal intubation or direct orotracheal visualization without resting the device on the subjects tongue and that, during a bronchoscopic intubation, automatically ejects the endotracheal tube from the device as the endotracheal tube is advanced coaxially over a bronchoscope previous placed through the guide, thereby providing a mid- line entry of the bronchoscope and endotracheal tube, higher intubation success rate by lower skilled operators, and easy removal of the device from the patients oral cavity.Linvention concerne un dispositif guide dintubation orotrachéale rapide qui facilite lintubation orotrachéale ou la visualisation orotrachéale directe sans faire reposer le dispositif sur la langue dun sujet et qui, pendant une intubation bronchoscopique, éjecte automatiquement le tube endotrachéal du dispositif lorsque le tube endotrachéal est avancé coaxialement sur un bronchoscope placé précédemment à travers le guide, formant ainsi une entrée médiane du bronchoscope et du tube endotrachéal, un taux de succès dintubation plus élevé par les opérateurs non qualifiés, ainsi quun enlèvement facile du dispositif de la cavité orale du patient.
