PURPOSE: A capsule composition containing nano inorganic particles for UV protection and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to form a thin hydrogel film and to prevent skin penetration of nano inorganic particles. CONSTITUTION: A hydrogel forming capsule composition containing nano inorganic particles for UV protection contains 30-98.9 wt% of the nano inorganic particles, 0.1-30 wt% of water soluble dispersion, and 1-40 wt% of hydrophilic polymers forming hydrogel in an aqueous system. The nano inorganic particles are titanium dioxide and zinc oxide. The water soluble dispersion is polyglycerine fatty acid ester, hydrolecithin, inulin lauryl carbamate, and polylysine. A method for preparing the capsule comprises: a step of uniformly mixing nano inorganic particles and water soluble dispersion in an aqueous system； a step of preparing a dispersion solution of nano inorganic particles； a step of adding one or two kinds of hydrophilic polymers； and a step of spray-drying the mixture and forming coated capsule particles. [Reference numerals] (AA) Nano inorganic particles； (BB) Dispersion agent； (CC) Hydrogel forming polymer본 발명은 수용성 분산제를 이용하여 자외선차단제용 나노무기입자를 친수성 고분자 캡슐내부에 봉입시키므로써, 피부에 도포 시 고분자가 얇은 하이드로겔 필름을 형성하여 캡슐 내 함유되어있는 나노무기입자를 잡아주기 때문에, 나노무기입자의 피부 침투를 방지할 수 있는 자외선차단제용 나노무기입자를 함유한 캡슐 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 주요구성은 화장품용 무기자외선차단제를 함유하는 하이드로겔 형성 캡슐의 제조방법은 자외선차단제용 나노무기입자와 수용성 분산제를 수(Water)상에서 균일하게 혼합하여 분산제로 코팅된 자외선차단제용 나노무기입자의 분산액을 제조하는 1단계와； 상기 분산액에 하이드로겔을 형성할 수 있는 친수성 고분자를 직접 첨가하거나, 별도의 증류수에 용해시킨 친수성 고분자 용액을 1단계 분산액에 첨가하여 용해 혼합하는 2단계와； 상기 혼합물을 분무 건조시켜 분산제가 코팅된 자외선차단제용 나노무기입자를 하이드로겔 형성 고분자에 의한 피막으로 감싸여진 캡슐입자로 생성하는 3단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
