PURPOSE: A probe for optical coherence tomography is provided to form a pattern for a scan area through a cylindrical piezoelectric element under the control of a user.CONSTITUTION: A probe for optical coherence tomography includes a probe body (10), an optical fiber unit (20), a mirror unit (30) and a ferrule vibration unit (50). The probe body has a given length. The optical fiber unit is supported inside the probe body and emits light forward along the longitudinal direction of the probe body. The mirror unit, which slopes in front of the optical fiber unit, adjusts the light emitted by the optical fiber unit to radiate to a target object and obliquely reflects incident light in order to gather the light which is reflected or scattered on the surface of the target object or inside the target object at the optical fiber unit. The ferrule vibration unit vibrates the front end of the optical fiber unit in a given pattern in order to make the emitted light to the target object form a scan area with a given range. The cylindrical ferrule vibration unit covers the optical fiber unit and comprises a cylindrical piezoelectric element (PZT) whose amplitude varies depending on an applied voltage.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 광간섭 단층 영상기용 프로브에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 광을 출력하는 광섬유부의 선단을 소정의 패턴으로 진동시키는 페룰진동수단으로 인가되는 전압에 따라 진폭을 달리하는 원통형 압전소자(PZT)를 채택함으로써 사용자의 제어에 따라 스캔영역에 대한 패턴 형성이 가능하고, 나아가 미러부를 전후방향으로 반복하여 왕복 이동시키는 미러구동수단을 구비하여 프로브를 외부에서 이동시키지 않고서도 스캔영역의 확장이 가능한 광간섭 단층 영상기용 프로브에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 광간섭 단층 영상기용 프로브는, 소정의 길이를 갖는 중공형의 프로브본체와 상기 프로브본체의 내부에 지지되어 상기 프로브본체의 길이방향을 따라 전방을 향하여 광을 출력하는 광섬유부와 상기 광섬유부의 전방에 경사지게 배치되어, 상기 광섬유부에서 출력된 광이 검사대상을 향하여 조사되도록 함과 동시에 상기 검사대상의 표면 또는 내부에서 반사 또는 산란된 광이 상기 광섬유부로 집광되도록 입사되는 광을 경사지게 반사시키는 미러부와 상기 검사대상을 향하여 조사되는 광이 일정범위의 스캔영역을 형성하도록 상기 광섬유부의 선단을 소정의 패턴으로 진동시키는 페룰진동수단을 포함하되, 상기 페룰진동수단은, 상기 광섬유부를 감싸도록 원통형으로 형성되고, 인가되는 전압에 따라 진폭을 달리하는 원통형 압전소자(PZT)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
