The present invention relates to a system for selectively controlling infected patients, which particularly includes: a booth installed in an entrance of an emergency room at a hospital a thermal image sensing apparatus which senses body temperatures of emergency patients entering the booth through an entrance of the booth a clean air supply cooling apparatus which forcibly suctions air, sterilizes the air with UV rays, and blows air to a side opposite to a side where the patients are laid in the booth a clean negative pressure apparatus which makes air in the booth flow in only one direction from one side where the clean air supply cooling apparatus is installed to the other side where the patients are laid, prevents contamination in the booth by removing fine dust or bacteria including various pathogens existing in the air in the booth, and sterilizes bacteria including various pathogens with UV rays a clean ventilation cooler apparatus which forcibly discharges the air, filtered and sterilized by the clean negative pressure apparatus, to the outside through a ventilation duct a control board which performs a control function needed to prevent contamination a clean spray apparatus which sprays various disinfectants in a form of fine particles to the inside of the booth after a contamination prevention function is performed to sterilize various bacteria remaining in the booth and a warning light which can visually notify people outside the booth of a situation that there is a patient with suspected infection.
