PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for analysis of crystalline lens image that can objectively and automatically perform evaluation of an Emery-Little classification for cataract diagnosis.SOLUTION: The device for analysis of crystalline lens image includes: an image acquiring means 200 for acquiring optical cutting-plane image data obtained by taking an image of a subjects eye a crystalline lens extraction means 201 for extracting a crystalline lens region by image processing from the optical cutting-plane image data a specified region setting means 202 for setting a specified region, which has an area smaller than that of the crystalline lens region and which at least partially includes an embryonic nucleus region, inside the crystalline lens region a representative color data computing means 203 for computing representative color data representing colors in the specified region, on the basis of pixel data constituting the specified region a color data storage means 204 in which color data for comparison, having a grade of the Emery-Little classification known, is prestored and a grade determination means 205 for determining the grade of the subjects eye by comparing and computing the known color data for comparison and the computed representative color data.
