PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure temperature controllability of rhythmic operation while securing comfort of a sleeper in a bedroom.SOLUTION: This air conditioning control system (1) includes: a rhythmic operation control part (83) which executes rhythmic operation for increasing/decreasing a set temperature of an air conditioner (10) in accordance with a periodic component corresponding to ultradian rhythm of the sleeper from a physiological amount of the sleeper in the bedroom (5); an adjustment operation control part (82) controlling the air conditioner (10) at a predetermined time before the start of the rhythmic operation in the rhythmic operation control part (83) and controlling the air conditioner (10) so that a temperature of the bedroom (5) is changed from a temperature within an initial temperature range to a set temperature of the rhythmic operation; a sleeping temperature setting part (72) setting a set temperature at the start of the adjustment operation by the adjustment operation control part (82); and a preliminary operation control part (81) controlling the air conditioner (10) so that the temperature in the bedroom (5) becomes the set temperature set by the sleeping temperature setting part (72) at a predetermined time before the start of the adjustment operation of the adjustment operation control part (82).【課題】寝室内での就寝者の快適性を確保しつつ、リズム運転の温度制御性を確保する。【解決手段】空調制御システム(1)は、寝室(5)内の就寝者の生理量から就寝者のウルトラディアンリズムに対応した周期成分に対応して空調機(10)の設定温度を増減させるリズム運転を実行するリズム運転制御部(83)と、リズム運転制御部(83)のリズム運転開始前の所定時間において空調機(10)を制御すると共に、寝室(5)の温度が所定の初期温度範囲内にある状態から寝室(5)の温度がリズム運転の設定温度になるように空調機(10)を制御する調整運転制御部(82)と、調整運転制御部(82)の調整運転の運転開始の設定温度を設定する入床温度設定部(72)と、調整運転制御部(82)の調整運転開始前の所定時間において、寝室(5)の温度が入床温度設定部(72)で設定した設定温度になるように空調機(10)を制御する予備運転制御部(81)とを備えている。【選択図】図3
