The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to beekeeping, to devices for housing and breeding honeybees. The modular beehive (figures 12-14, 17-19) comprises a modular brood chamber (16), a modular storage chamber (18), a removable bottom (9), a cover (12), a top (13), a beehive frame (14), a ceiling board (15), an opaque separating partition (23) (figure 17) and a separating grid (24) (figure 17). The modular chambers comprise lateral walls (8) and one or more modules mounted side-by-side horizontally (figures 1-5) and produced from a front wall (1) and a rear wall (7) with selected grooves (19) (figure 4) for shoulders of the beehive frames. The walls of the modules are mounted by lower edges on a single general framework (6) (figures 2-8) such that the beehive frame can easily be mounted on a cold honeycomb arrangement between the front wall and rear wall. The modules have a width which is divisible by the width of the beehive frame and a height corresponding to the dimensions of the beehive frame. One or more modular chambers can be mounted vertically on the removable bottom, said chambers then being closed by the top.
