PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and weight-reduced finger extension device being usable for rehabilitation of contracture of a first joint.SOLUTION: A finger joint extension device includes: a base plate 1 on which a belly side of a finger joint part is placed so as to face thereto a belt 2 wound around the base plate 1 and a finger to tighten the finger joint part to the base plate 1 surface and an adjustment mechanism 3 for adjusting a tightening force of the belt 2 for tightening the finger joint part.
