PURPOSE: A green house with a curtain for retaining heat is provided to prevent crops and vegetables from freezing in the winter by being equipped with a heat retaining system.CONSTITUTION: A green house comprises: several arch-shaped vertical frames(11) a main body (10) with several horizontal frames(12) which are arranged at a right angle with the vertical frames a covering part(20) for the green house and a heat-retaining curtain part(100) which can be vertically moved. The curtain part is double-layered such that a front part and a back part are mutually different. The curtain forms a space. The space is formed on the inner side thereof, allows air to pass therethrough, and is connected by bolts and sealing points. The curtain also comprises: an air tube which comprises an air supplying part and an air discharging part more than one clip member which is equipped in the upper part of the air tube and a fixing bar with a ring-shaped hanger. The clip member is equipped in the horizontal frames at the upper part of the air tube fixed to the horizontal frames, and the fixing bar is moved upward to fix the ring shaped hanger with the horizontal frames.
