PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens inserting utensil which suppresses rapid changes of an operation pressure in pushing out an intraocular lens and is easy to handle.SOLUTION: An interfering means for increasing the operation pressure of a push-out means by making contact with the push-out means to increase frictional force is provided in a passage where the push-out means for pushing out the intraocular lens passes. The push-out means has an abutment part formed to make contact with the interfering means in a range between the time when the intraocular lens starts appearing from the distal end of the insertion portion for inserting the intraocular lens into an eye and the time when the intraocular lens is at least pushed out.
