PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: when a vertical direction position and a longitudinal direction position of a reel are detected separately, the vertical position information and the longitudinal position information affect each other, so that troublesome control work is required to correct the detection values.SOLUTION: A rear end of a reel support arm 38 is supported by a reaping frame 8 via an advance/retract arm 37. When a reel 4 is moved in a vertical position by a lifting cylinder 41, a stroke of a lifting cylinder 41 composed of a wire 90 and a potentiometer 91 is detected to detect the reel height.
